1. What are you looking for?

The questions change with your choice; you are not asked anything irrelevant.

You can pick more than one goal. Filtering and scoring follow the FIRST one you pick (your primary goal); questions for your other goals are asked too and your advisor sees all of them.

2. Your budget

Anything above your budget never enters the list.

Properties priced in another currency are only compared if an exchange rate is defined. Where no rate exists we do not estimate one — the property is left out and we tell you how many.

3. Where?

You may select more than one. Anything outside the countries you pick is ruled out; properties in the same country but outside your chosen region stay on the list with a lower score.
